The breakfast was satisfactory with a beautiful view, and the staff was welcoming. The location was very central, fantastic in the centre of the city.

Enjoyed every detail about our really great 5 nights stay here. Actually, the room was clean and beautiful, it also had toiletries, shower caps, and bath sheets. The fact that it overlooked street.

Good sized and new-fashioned room and a mini bar, central heating, and an iron inside. Satisfactory breakfasts with lovely views, eggs, scrambled eggs on the roof top provided by the top-class staff.

The service was excellent, totally satisfied. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities inside the room. The staff and people generally were great and lovely.

The hotel is in the central location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms are new-fashioned and immaculate, with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an air conditioning.

Had a really good stay with my two children, we spent 1 night here, everything was fine. Excellent and perfect location, it was adjacent to the train station, the main square and the downtown action. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was modern and fairly clean, with great and stunning location right in the heart of Florence. The room was fairly quiet and bright and offered toiletries, terry dressing gowns, and shower caps, so that guests had essentials.

Had a great 7 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The bedroom was spotless and new-fashioned. The hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to the centre as well as the main attractions. Also, there was Robert Dundas near the venue.

My bed was quite creaky, unfortunately.

Superb facilities in general, best possible and comfortable location right off the square. Also - right by major sites and museums and the main attractions.

The room I booked was extremely spacious and new-fashioned with balcony and an additional bed upstairs plus valuable belongings.

Got beautiful, comfortable room with free bottles of water. We greatly enjoyed the breakfast.

Definitely, there was milk missing, we were a little disappointed.

I went on a trip and everything here was fine. Great-sized and modern units with a great view, balcony, free bottles, and the staff were top-class. The whole experience was REAL GOOD from start to finish, recommend.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.
