The place was clean, I booked the twin/double room with cathedral views, everything was very easy. I ate at a great restaurant for dinner. I enjoyed a clean bathroom. The location was marvellous and good and walk from a train station. I was happy to find About Thyme Restaurant, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel and served nice food.

Terrific and clean hotel, marvellous and unbeatable location convenient to all the major sights. Huge, airy room on a lovely terrace facing the il duomo, and kind staff. Generally exceptional service with parking on site.

The bedroom was reasonably priced and charming little. The view over the cathedral was incredible!

The breakfast was great and sensational with the best view in town and offered fruit juices, croissants, and toast. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient for me, in walking distance of nearly everything.

As for me, the area was extremely busy.

Stayed in airy twin/double room with a balcony. The hotel has marvellous and stunning location not far from the wonderful Florence sights and Italy in November. I tried some drinks at restaurant La Congrega Lounge Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast was great and excellent, guests were offered fruit juices, croissants, and toast. Its location at a short distance from a l-shaped square was convenient.

The breakfast was great and fine and provided with a marvellous view and cake, for instance. The staff was charming and exceptionally wonderful at all times. The hotel's location was very central, close to the center of.

Fairly clean place & outstandingly accommodating staff. Located in the heart of the city. Fruit juice, croissants, and toast for our breakfast.

The rooms were airy and neat, had a hairdryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

We ate at an astonishing restaurant for lunch. Everything was very good and within 15 minutes' drive of Peretola airport.

My room was both air-conditioned and a nice size with tea and pleasant furnishings plus larger outside terrace. The location was comfortable and top, close to the church bells in the morning and Via Roma, in a very nice area.

En suite & huge room, a little balcony, free coffee and a terrace in there.

The rooms are surprisingly large and airy with beautiful antiques. I have to mention the fine breakfast with amazing views on Duomo, cake to choose from plus toast...

The location was unbeatable, for example, an art museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel. What's more, it was near to the Residenza Giotto for 2 nights, and the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore.

That was lovely hotel set in fairly nice area, very close to Firenze, the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Prada store. The location of the property was unbeatable and awesome - around 10-15 minutes walk from a prominent art museum.

Well, Wi-Fi was weak.

Handy base for exploring Florence. Lovely location, nice views of the cathedral and cooperative staff. Location near to the main square in front of the Dumo, and Florence and Residenza Giotto. Nearby La Congrega Lounge Bar - great place to chill out. Excellent customer care. Everything very easy.
