Would recomand to everyone. The property is fairly clean; newly remodelled and generous-sized rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Very friendly staff throughout. Breakfast with fresh fruit and a good selections of pastries, as example.

The breakfast offered was lovely with a great cappuccino. The hotel's location was perfect and convenient, just next door to train station Santa Maria Novella, the centre of the town and other major tourist places.

Booked a room with nice cosmetics. I liked that it was great modern. The location was unbeatable for destinations I were going to.

There were very narrow beds in our room.

This place is excellent for a short stay, would recommend. The rooms are lovely modern, with balcony, a beautiful view plus the kitchen provided. The location is good and perfect and close to central station. There is Enotria close to the hotel, had dinner there.

I found the hotel's location magnificent, just next door to all the main sites, the city center, and the Santa Maria Novella Train station. Porta al Prato district was worth exploring👍

Twin room with a balcony to enjoy accommodated us perfectly. Everyone was attentive as well as owner. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

I greatly enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were superbly friendly and amazingly nice. The location was great and unbeatable, easy walk to a train station, so it was really easy to travel around. The area had a huge variety of cafes and restaurants.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a peaceful area, very close to restaurant and bar, and the city center. All the employees were useful and excellent. The location was perfect and comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an indoor market hall. I came here for 1 night and had a real good stay.
