It was the family room with a beautiful bathroom. The accommodation had a very central location right in the centre.

Great position in the pretty basic area, near the centre of the city, the central train station & the tram to the airport and the center. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Piazzale Michelangelo. A wide array of options for breakfast including croissants and granola.

The staff were helpful and amicable, the breakfast was great with a good choice of food. The location was perfect and excellent yet it was very close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

The hotel's position was great and stunning, really close to many other attractions, and a taxi. The staff team was amiable. Bathroom was clean and the room was huge.

The hotel had indeed an unbeatable and incredible location right in the centre of the city. Besides, it was really close to Very close to the railway station, Florence and many other attractions.

I stayed here 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast was great and sensational.

Brand-new hotel with helpful staff. Nice styled and beautifully decorated rooms with good beds, a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Excellent breakfast, a great selection of food and beverages. Walk from a tram station, easy access. Handy base for exploring Florence.

The location was stunning, relatively near a medieval cathedral. It also was very close to the center.

Its family room was nicely decorated with flowers, a great shower, for instance. The hotel was in the middle of Florence
