Incredible location to all the major attractions, in the vibrant area. Plus, walking distance to a Renaissance palace.

Loved every detail about our excellent 3 nights stay here. The room was authentic, large with classical furniture. The staff were incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The location was stunning - near Santa Croce, all the major attractions and the major sights.

The staff is welcoming, amazingly nice. The units were spotless with a view. Nice touch to have a terrace and a balcony.

It was in the super central location near the city center.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The personnel was welcoming as expected. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was very good. The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

Overall it was well decorated and quiet with a wee balcony.

The hotel was located next to the Pitti Palace, touristic attractions, walking distances, nice and helpful staff and very hospitable. The staff was amicable and excellent, and requests were handled quickly;))

I came here with my family. The staff were all amiable, which was unquestionably a plus. The location was excellent, not too far from a medieval stone bridge. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Our stay here was excellent, best base for exploring Florence. The staff members were all INCREDIBLY NICE and outstandingly accommodating. Location: the hotel was near to historic and fantastisch Florence, touristic attractions, walking distances, nice and helpful staff and the center of Florence. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

Nicely decorated twin/double room with a balcony. Friendliness from the whole staff. Wonderful super central location and supper friendly and amicable staff.

Hotel's location was incredible as it was minute walk from a train station.

nice place to stay in florence, if compared to other hotels. property is perfect and very clean, breakfast is freshly prepared. we truly enjoyed tv with satellite channels, a heating system and an individual safe in the room. we were surprised by the garden too.
