The location was magnificent and good, at a walking distance from a prominent art museum. The staff was superfriendly all the time. We thoroughly enjoyed this facility and would stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect, for example, a medieval cathedral was not too far from the hotel. Moreover, it's near to the airport as well as great cafes, restaurants and shops. There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was freshly made.

The hotel had an incredible location right in the heart of the city. And we where next to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The breakfast was incredibly nice with toast, perfect to start our day.

Everything was awesome, nothing too much trouble, I would be happy to recommend it. Enjoyed how lovely the property was and its kind staff from check-in to check-out. This was an unbeatable location close enough to the centre of Florence, great cafes, restaurants and shops, and the historical center. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring. The restaurant had freshly cooked food.
