The double room with very comfortable beds, nice furniture plus the bathtub. Excellent location near train station, in the safe area.

The staff are accommodating and the room is spotless and huge with very comfortable beds. There is an electric kettle and fridges.

They gave me great-sized and delightful room with nice furniture, the bathtub, as example.

I have stayed in the guest room with a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

Perfect little and luxury hotel, the idea of having queen room was great. The room we had included a fridge, an electric kettle and air conditioning.

Very nice overall experience. Everything is spotlessly clean and perfect. Perfect service, convenient and very suitable location close to everything. Based close enough to the station and city centre as well as bus station so very easy to find.

Also, right by the train station. Cosy base for exploring Florence.

I thoroughly enjoyed my spotless and delightful room. It was with a bath. The staff were very helpful and affable, no complaint. The location was excellent, for example, a medieval cathedral was just a short walk away from the hotel. The experience was really really nice, would like to come again.

Amazing perfect location, in the heart of the city.

Luxurious and immaculately clean place, everything was perfect. It was in the central location close to the centre. And it was also so close to Florence's famous historical sights, the center of Florence, main tourist destination's, central market and train station-ideal location, and the Santa Maria Novella train station.

It offers unbeatable, wonderful location. Btw, it is near a train station, near to the central station.

the breakfast is good, available with coffee/tea, sweet pastries, meat. delightful and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds are accompanied by perfect service.

Our accommodation was set in a central location right by Firenze/Florence, Constantine's recommended nearby restaurants and the center of Florence, main tourist destination's, central market and train station-ideal location. It also was in the heart of the city.

Good beds in the rooms. One could dine at restaurants such as trattoria enzo e piero 10 minutes away:)))

The hotel was short way from parco delle cascine and really close to ponte vecchio. We appreciated the rooms and location and low off-peak prices. 400 feet away there is La Sosta delle Contesse.
