Make sure you stay in the guest room with wifi. The location is easy and magnificent, the check in is easy. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from downtown.

Overall it was a very nice stay on my next visit for sure.

Spacious and silent rooms were spotless with toiletries. A Nespresso machine and a kettle available were an advantage.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Stayed here for 6 nights and didn't feel like leaving. Everything was very good here - amicable staff and brand-new rooms. It had easy and perfect location with access to Giardino della Fortezza nearby. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a pretty quiet area.

Easy and reasonable location to various tourist attractions in the city centre, met requirements.

Had decent stay on my next visit for sure. I took a superior king room with double bed, the tea plus a terrace.

The room we booked was en suite and reasonably large with balcony.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dark.

Polite staff and unbeatable location very close to which is really where the charm of Florence lies as well as the historic centre which was walking distance away. Silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, wonderful value.

Overall it was exceptionally good and bright with toiletries. The staff were all lovely. The hotel's location was excellent, near to the center of Florence and the train station, the historic centre which was walking distance away or a tram ride-2 stops to the train station, and restaurants and walking routes.

The location was great and excellent and the public parking was nearby. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was free with fresh croissants. All the staff was very obliging and nice, fixed my issues...

The location was great, close to the central station, in the calm area. I booked a guest room with a minibar, central heating and an iron. I didn't want to leave and would love to go back.

We had 8 nights in Florence, spent our time here lovely.
