The room was excellent quality and nicely furnished with an external private bathroom, and I slept very well.

It was a nice time staying at this absolutely charming hotel. We had a separate bedroom. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a plus. The view was stunningly beautiful, the service was terrific. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were clean, marvellous and amazing location next to and Duomo, the attractions in Florence and Duomo and San Lorenzo. This venue met every demand, we 100% recommend to anyone.

I liked this perfect hotel. It was in the best possible location very close to the center of everything, San Lorenzo market and SMN railway station, Santa Maria Del Fiore and the major attractions, good for one night. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. An electric kettle and fridges in my family room where a very thoughtful addition. The bedrooms were pretty nice.

Enjoyed our very good stay there a lot. The hotel was charming and fairly clean, had astonishing views of the Duomo cathedral and the Baptistery right next door. Perfect and exceptionally nice location within walking distance of all the major sights made it easy to get to key attractions. Besides, we where close enough to the Duomo cathedral and the Baptistery right next door, the center of everything, San Lorenzo market and SMN railway station and the train station.

The service was excellent, totally satisfied. The room was great value and it had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet, that's cool. The overall atmosphere was family, but some staff members were specific.

I truly enjoyed the room on a lower level, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities included a high ceiling and a heating system.

The double room was top-class with bathroom 5. It offered us incredible and phenomenal location close to the train station. Besides, the area was secure, next to Full Up.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

top-class and perfect room, the decoration was italian. the facilities were clean and easy to use. the location was unbeatable, for example, full up was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Superior place, liked it. The reception staff does a fabulous job. Short way from Mister Pizza, where you can have lunch. Useful base for a 4-night stay.
