Overall it was modern with private external bathroom.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Got brand-new and nicely decorated suite with nice linen-and a bath robe when arrived, liked that. My room included coffee/tea makers and refrigerators. The staff were caring and attentive and the location was perfect close to everything & easy to find.

The breakfast deal was delicious with cappuccino and fruits, for example. The location close to a railway station was comfortable.

Impeccably clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, enjoyable breakfasts and exceptional staff. Marvellous and lovely location, restaurants and bars very close to the property. Found in a really quiet area, very close to a central market and monuments. Really really nice experience, great base for a day tour.

It was unique, spotless and for a larger shower. Everything was perfect, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable. The location was MARVELLOUS, around 10-15 minutes walk from a medieval cathedral. You could walk to a market and shops.

Decent experience there. A stylish and perfect place to stay with a perfect service. Great location in the great area, really close to the SMN train station, and bars and restaurants. Situated only 1 km from an art museum.

Insufficient staff!

The venue's position was very central. The breakfast had a wide array of fabulous food and drinks. Great services were available. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I will definitely go again next time.

We like the excellant and particularly good location - walk from a train station. The breakfast itself is delicious with cappuccino and meat, as for instance.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great and lovely location with restaurants and bars very close to the place. Very close to a central market and monuments. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus an electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe. A wide array of great food.

everything was superb, yet a few employees were insufficient. we had the single room and it was brand-new with private external bathroom.

it is a great place to stay for wedding. quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the train station. as picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to braciere malatesta couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. the bed was really comfy and very clean.

Worth its 3 stars. All in all, it was ideal base for traveling to Florence. View looking over courtyard was the reason we booked deluxe king room. Breakfast is freshly prepared, includes plenty of meals.
