the location was perfect and comfortable, the staff was excellent. the train station was within 15 minutes' walk away. we had a double room which was romantic and tastefully decorated. generous breakfast offered in a quiet atmosphere.

My brand-new room had an electric kettle, climate control and a mini bar. The staff were kind and great, doing great job. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, the hotel overlooked city.

All in all everything was good, had a quite comfortable stay during our visit. Overall the staff was friendly and kind. The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to absolutely everything, and the room was pleasantly decorated. We had lunch in Panini Toscani, located nearby...

By and large, it was brilliant base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun. Roof terrace was an advantage. The restaurant was located within 200 metres😀😀

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

We find it great value for money in Florence. The location was perfect, FRIENDLY staff and very clean rooms. We enjoyed the fab view. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available.
