Hotel Bella Firenze

Good-sized, brand-new unit with balcony, and very friendly staff. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

It had marvellous and fantastic location near the ' Firenze Santa Maria Novella ' railway station, Santa Maria Novella and great restaurants close to bus and rail and tours.

Didn't find lift which we wanted.

It was clean, and the people were very, very nice and immensely pleasant. Our room was spotless and relaxing provided with balcony, wine, as example.

During trip everything was wonderful and we would definitely go again. It had marvellous location near Church of Santa Maria Novella.

The breakfast was light for what was on offer, with delicious coffee, fruit and toast.

Truly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was comfy. Magnificent central location really close to the center of the city, and Bella Firenze.

The place was quirky and had exceptionally kind staff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed the stay. Had guest room with balcony and wake-up service was available in it.

Characterful base for discovering Florence with extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. Best possible and strategic location just off the Train station walking distance as well as great restaurants close to bus and rail and tours, and public parking. Nearby Bar Maja - great place to chill out.

Generally, liked this newly decorated and good small accommodation with best staff at the reception desk. The location of the hotel was particularly good and absolutely perfect - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a distinguished monument. Moreover, it was really close to an excellent restaurant across the street, and the ' Firenze Santa Maria Novella ' railway station.

Everything was good, including flexible and best staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was excellent, superb with really good coffee and cheese, for instance. The location was central, excellent close to train station. Nothing to complain about, I liked this hotel and will be back.

Overall it was neat and bright with balcony. The location was marvellous and fantastic, for example, a fortress palace was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Moreover, the area was busy.
