I truly enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. The location was incredible, not too far away from a l-shaped square. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were helpful. The authentic restaurant served a wide range of delightful food. No complaint, the venue met what was needed, would be happy to recommend it...

Can’t fault the property in any way.

It was in an amazing location with Church of Santa Maria Novella nearby. Had a real good stay on our vacation and would stay here again.

Had a really nice time. Greatly enjoyed the hotel, it is ideal and fairly clean, has marvellous and absolutely perfect location to the bus station in the rain. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was incredible. Location: the venue was near to the tram from the airport and the train station, and the main attractions of Florence.
