Everything was simply pleasant. It was impeccably clean with easygoing and attentive staff. The location was fantastic - ease of access to a medieval cathedral.

The location was marvellous and incredible - ease of access to a spandrel arch bridge. Moreover, the area was historic. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the queen room available with good beds, a bathroom and GOOD water pressure.

Overall had wonderful stay on vacation. The room was air conditioned and newly renovated with a large bed. Having a hair dryer, a bidet and a shower cap was a bonus.

Grounds where kept fairly clean, breakfast was sensational and satisfactory. King room with very good beds was ready when we arrived. The location was stunning and exceptional, a short walk to a l-shaped square. Stayed in this property for 9 nights and enjoyed our choice.

It has comfortable and easy location to see a medieval cathedral. It's in the pedestrian area near the center, and major sights which is another bonus.

Its location was very central, close to a celebrated marble-clad Gothic monument. Plus, it was close enough to the Duomo and all other attractions and the cathedral and easy walking distance.

Delightful little hotel with charming location to the outlets. Delicious and satisfactory breakfast and a huge variety of goodies. Location right by Florence as well as Florence's historic district. Great experience there.

Everything is brand-new here, had a really great stay on vacation. The hotel serves delicious and good breakfasts with hot food. The location is charming and stunning, at a medium distance from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. It's also just next door to the center of town, the sights, the food, the convenience and the over-all experience of being in the heart of Florence and beautiful Florence.

It has both easy going and best staff. Hotel's breakfast is delicious and great with American coffee, the best croissants and yogurt. Plus, the location is perfect and comfortable, minutes from a medieval cathedral. Thank you for a real good stay.

There was nothing I didn't like!

All in all great location and everything else was wonderful! Piazza del duomo and other tourist destinations were situated walking distance to this place. Loved that the wine bar was working. Central position of the venue.
