The guest room we were provided was air conditioned. And it had a romantic view of the sunset. The service was impeccable, totally satisfied.

It's gorgeous with lovely beds and brilliant views. Quiet atmosphere, nonetheless some people working here are not very welcoming.

Recently refurbished, tidy room with an adjacent bathroom and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

The breakfast was excellent and outstanding, with lots of different options. I thoroughly enjoyed deluxe room with a large outside terrace.

The breakfast was very very good and tasty with great options for every taste, fine food. The location was riverside, marvellous right by bridge. And we were near walking distance to train station, good restaurants, and the river about 1/2 block from the Ponte Vecchio.

The location was fantastic and amazing, close enough to Berchielli, Duomo and Right next to the Arno river. I truly enjoyed good sized and recently refurbished room here with coffee facilities and terrace overlooking the Arno.

The units are air-conditioned, spotless. Our hotel is set in a very central location close to a great restaurant to eat at on the night of the proposal as well as other sights.

Everything was perfect, so were awesome views of the sunset. The bed was lovely, and the room itself was large. Food in the downstairs bar was fine. Booked this for our trip and it exceeded high expectations.

Had a memorable stay on vacation, everything was excellent. The staff were lovely, a real pleasure to deal with. The hotel had a riverside setting within walking distance of main sightseeing areas.

This was my such wonderful stay during our visit. Everything was very good, however a few employees were not particularly helpful. Very central location was a plus. There was a fantastic restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

Great location, just a short walk away from a medieval cathedral. So close to the restaurant during breakfast time and Also near Ponte Vecchio.

I stayed in the room that was very clean maintained and available with a lovely view, well maintained facility, tall windows. This beautiful and perfect hotel had very central setting to walk to all tourist spots.

The staff were both welcoming and very-very nice. I had guest room with an adjacent bathroom. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was good.

Had good sleep at the deluxe king room with a large outside terrace. The location was riverside, very close to Duomo, Uffizy museum, Palazzo Veccio, train station and Boboli garden, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Boboli Gardens, Piazza Pitti and Ufizzi Gallery.

The room was stunning and exceptional with balcony, tea and walk-in closet, had the best night sleep.

I booked deluxe queen room, it was newly remodelled and complete with a large outside terrace, great views of the Ponte Vecchio and modern services. The staff was outstandingly friendly, consistently courteous, and responded promptly to requests. The daily service was good! The location was marvellous, relatively close to a Renaissance palace. There was a good restaurant, shopping streets and a market next door.

Wi-Fi was horrible, made me a little nervous.

actually everything was good. the staff were all incredible, which was unquestionably a plus. all the facilities were excellent. the breakfast in the in-house restaurant for dinner was delicious.

This hotel met expectation, we totally recommend to others. Its unrivaled, very central location was a plus. You could walk to shops and boutiques.

Appreciated how incredible the property was. The restaurant here was small for dinner, we both ordered warm dishes. Exceptional service, although a few employees were very unhelpful. You could leave a car nearby. The location was stunning, relatively near a cathedral-flanked square.

Really enjoyed this fantastic stay such as with this visit. The location was marvellous and near a garden and a river. Besides, the area was nice enough, next to a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Plus, we parked nearby...

Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to Ristorante Toto, located right next to the hotel. We both really loved our stay, it was WONDERFUL, and we would come here again.

Set right by many local attractions and also within 10 minutes on foot from pitti palace. They served a great breakfast. Really fantastic location. We would come here again.

room was nice and opened up onto the river. close to the hotel you can see beautiful tourist places like palazzo vecchio. excellent location, easy to get anywhere.
