The units are great-sized with an excellent shower. The price is just right - £ 36. The hotel is in a good location close to a bus station.

Hearty breakfasts with cappucino, the facilities were great. The hotel was in an ideal location just off central market and floral church.

Had classic double room with kettle, tea or coffee, for instance. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel is gorgeous with absolutely courteous staff and city views. The continental breakfast is the best. The location is excellent and close to a train station.

My stay was nice in our vacation. The rooms were stylish and had a convenient layout. Got continental breakfasts with hard boiled eggs, every juice plus muffins.

Had great and easy location in the downtown. I was surprised at nearby Bar Centrale, they had some goodies, drinks. Stayed in beautifully designed room with good facilities.

Meals in the hotel were good. I booked air conditioned, decent size room with cable TV, an excellant shower plus clean bathrooms.

Had 1 day in Florence, spending my time here lovely. The staff there were highly courteous and attentive. The continental breakfast was gorgeous, I really enjoyed it. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, for example, an art museum was relatively close to the hotel.

Location near most amenities and attractions, the bus stations of two outlets-The Mall, and Firenze SMN train station and a McDonald's. For tea or coffee visit Alinari Cafe nearby.

The venue was set in the very central position really close to central station of Santa Maria Novella, and all attractions and restaurants. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

The breakfast itself was fairly basic, can be better.

Had a really nice stay in our vacation, glad I've chosen it. It was in a particularly good and excellent location near Fratelli Alinari. A supermarket and shopping centres were right next door.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was clean with an INCREDIBLE and outstandingly accommodating stuff.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were weird.

It had very central location close to Medici Chapel. The room was exquisite and pleasantly decorated, and I slept very well;)))
