It was a great stay, perfect place. Appreciated our 2 nights stay. The entire staff were nice. The hotel was in a marvellous and stunning location, very close to attractions. We had lunch at nearby Barton Rouge, tried their fast food options.

Excellent location close to tourist spots was a plus.

The bedroom was stylish and recently renovated. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating on arrival and throughout the stay. The location was incredible and lovely, near bus stop, and my bed was lovely.

Appreciated central heating, an iron, and flat-screen TV in the room. There was an extremely comfy bed and a large bathroom. The location was good, just a pleasant stroll away from a sculpture gallery.

Was a suitable place for weekend. Magnificent and unbeatable location, the stuff where REALLY HELPFUL. You could walk to a convenience shop and chemist's.

The hotel was perfect and excellent and in a central location really close to to recommendations, all attractions of the old city, and restaurants. It also was near center.

Perfectly clean venue with excellent and fantastic location near a lively square in Florence. Lots of good options for meal. Location very close to tourist attractions and sites, restaurants, cafes and bars and a very good supermarket which was very useful. Nearby Hangar - great place to chill out.

Overall it was newly renovated with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Everywhere there was impeccably clean. The location of the hotel was particularly good - just a pleasant stroll away from a prominent art museum. A market and various stores where right next door.

Some people working there were normal.

The location was super and brilliant for walking around a medieval cathedral. The hotel was in a great area, just off bus stop as well as restaurant. The king room was exceptionally nice with a great bathroom and a beer plus a fantastic shower.

Perfect hotel, it was clean, and the staff was good and kind. Excellent service, though a few employees were normal. The location itself was super and brilliant, right by an art museum.

its location was central, close to a l-shaped square. the train station was within 20 minutes' walk away.

Beautiful double room with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. An electric kettle, air conditioning and an iron were nice.

Overall clean, good value hotel, its location was magnificent and close enough to Duomo and other attractions and pharmacy, café, pizzeria, restaurant.
