The staff is consistently courteous, amazingly nice. There are silent rooms with clean bathrooms. Very very good breakfast that includes cereals, pastries, and fruit.

Popular great budget hotel with good value, we had a really really nice stay. Accommodating and exceptionally nice staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. Exceptional service offered in this venue. Could leave our car nearby. Particularly good location, it was just next door to historic center and major museums, and a couple of nice coffee spots. Lungarno del Tempio district was worth staying in.

The location was perfect, you can visit Sant'ambrogio Chuch by walking.

The venue was in a central location close to eateries, shops and a supermarket, and the main sites on the map. The room was quiet & silent with comfy bed, TV and clean towels. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the queen room with street views, everything was nice. The staff were very amiable and well-mannered and assisted with public parking.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, close to the river with easy access to a central market and several stores. We loved the size of the room - silent, plus it was brand-new.

The staff was well-mannered, very amiable all the time. We had rich breakfasts with a "enhanced "continental and yoghurt, as for instance. The hotel was in a magnificent location, 20 to 30 minutes from the main train station.

The room was airy with a large bathroom, I felt comfortable there. The hotel was set in a central area close to the main sites, the main train station, and the bars around Santa Croce.

Marvellous and unbeatable location in a residential area, really close to shopping area 20min to tower and Restuant, eateries, shops and a supermarket, and buses. Amazing and very good breakfast, airy double room.

the hotel was in a magnificent location, in everything. besides, it was right by restaurants, supermarkets and other shops, the historical center of florence and the train station.

The staff were superfriendly and helpful with requests. My room was large and airy with a shared bathroom.

My room included a mini fridge, a TV, and a closet space. The venue's position was central.

Quirky hotel with free Wi-Fi and very friendly and well-mannered staff. A nice size and well furnished rooms, a reasonably large bathroom. Rich and amazing breakfast with cheese and sliced meats, as for instance, easy location.

Extremely rude staff!

The room was good sized and provided with a large bathroom, airconditioning, as example. Location: the hotel was right by a peaceful area, local shops and a couple of nice coffee spots and the garden.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were very rude.

Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was NICE. Lungarno del Tempio district is worth your attention. Send regards to waitress. Moreover, we could park our car nearby.

perfect base for a 3-night stay. peretola airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car.
