The place was fairly clean with an exceptionally kind and incredibly nice staff especially Katrina the receptionist come concierge always with a smile.

Came here for 1 day, the hotel was perfect and stylish, it had stunning location just next door to most important museums and the centre of old Florence. The staff was very polite, exceptional, and responded promptly to requests. The service was good in my opinion. Stay here was nice, I didn't feel like leaving.

We enjoyed being here. The property was beautifuly designed and good small and we had a just perfect stay. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was appetising.

Had a perfect stay here. The room was tastefully decorated and with a single bed. I got a bountiful breakfast with pastries, cheeses plus steamed veggies. The service was very good! Besides, I was able to park nearby.

Clean small hotel with exceptionally attentive staff. Absolutely perfect and excellent location to a medieval cathedral. Set in a beautiful area close enough to the square, shopping and restaurants, Duomo and Uffizi/ Ponte Vecchio and the main city attractions.

The location was perfect - ease of access to a Benedictine abbey. And it was also close to all sights, rich breakfast and helpful staff, many restaurants outside, and central attractions. The breakfast was bountiful and generous with meats and cheeses, for instance, the best I had in Florence.

It is a stylish and descent property located in Florence Historic Centre district just next door to Florence as well as the fitness centre. I loved accommodating personnel that ensures guests have a very lovely stay.

The unit we got was impressive with a large window, a single bed, for example. The breakfast was savoury and bountiful, there was lots of food to chose from.

The superior double room we were given had satellite television, heating and a private safe. The place is a few steps away from Florence downtown. Breakfast was DELICIOUS, good choice of dishes to choose from. Moreover, private parking was available.

It was a big advantage to stay within 10 minutes' stroll from piazza del duomo. We greatly enjoyed Borghese Palace Art. Do recommend the hotel.
