Clean small hotel with useful and cooperative staff. The breakfasts at the desk. The great and absolutely perfect location for the price, near all the major sights and close to public transport, Italy and the central station.

The location was great and comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral. We found it in a peaceful area just off all the main attractions as well as Firenze in Christmas time. Our small double room was recently renovated with wi fi as advertised.

Amiable staff, fairly clean and modern hotel. New-fashioned unit with wi fi. The breakfast at the desk. Marvellous and lovely location to a medieval cathedral. Set in a fairly quiet area right by restaurants as well as river, railway and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, clean, outstandingly helpful staff and the beds were comfortable. Good breakfast at the desk and comfortable location. Minutes from a bus stop to get everywhere quickly. Suitable accommodation for summer holidays.

the executive triple room was fine, included a hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets. the breakfast was satisfactory at the desk. it had marvellous location with access to piazza di santa maria novella nearby.

Staff were helpful and location was great. If you want to eat nearby, try Panificio Palatresi, which is situated 100 ft away.

Pizza Trattoria Armando was situated next to the accommodation. It was truly a GREAT stay. Television and a fridge always available in the room. Decent base for city trip in Florence.
