The restaurant was excellent for good and reasonably priced meals, I tried savoury dishes. The bed was very comfy; and there was a walk-in shower. The location was super and amazing for first time visitors to Florence.

The property was clean with great staff. A laptop-size safe, a minibar and central heating in my queen room were useful during the stay in this Italian vacation...
Some people working there were very unhelpful.

300 metres away from the hotel there is Trattoria za Za, which is a good dining choice. The beds were good. Lovely base for a trip in Florence! Loved that the venue was near to the train station, 5 minutes' walk.
