It offers perfect service. Special thanks to consistently courteous and pleasant staff for making my stay a very nice experience. It has marvellous location super close to everything in downtown Florence, in a domestic area.

All the staff was courteous and very nice, tackled my issues. Overall it was large and compact, with a functional bathroom. I greatly enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent services were available.

It was fairly clean, the staff was competent, plus the service was excellent. We had a large bedroom. This hotel was located in a central area near the Uffizi, the Academia, the central market, and all major tourist destinations. Palazzo Pitti district was worth exploring.

The place is fairly clean and gorgeous. The location is particularly good and amazing in a crowded area, near Very close to the main sights in Florence, a supermarket, and the "Central market ", which is really a great and special place and worth a visit. There is Bake & Cake nearby for a cup of coffee. Make sure to get guest room with comfortable armchairs, a nice view, for example. We have to thank extremely friendly staff for a really really nice stay. The service is good, includes secure parking.

Our compact and exceptionally clean room had central heating, a work desk, and television. The hotel was in a marvellous and stunning location, near the train station. It was across the domestic area.
