The breakfast variety is generous and good quality with Prosecco and yogurts, as for instance, very good service.

Clean place & efficient staff. Central location so close to all the attractions in Florence, air-conditioned and generous-sized room. Outstanding food in the Michelin-starred restaurant in the vicinity. Superb customer care, parking nearby.

The units are huge, a nice size with a Duomo view, ample fluffy towels, for example. Btw, there's minutes from a tram line.

Brand-new and beautifully presented units with a 360 degree view. Top and the best location in fabulous area, so close to shopping streets, all of the main sights and the main attractions.

Will be back, couldn't recommend more it to others. The venue is fairly clean and big, views are perfect, the location is unbeatable near all stores and restaurants, all the major sites and the Duomo in a matter of minutes. The room is elegant and quiet. The staff is really kind and the breakfast is very good.

The venue is wonderful and exceptionally comfortable, its location is amazing, just off the outlets as well as charming restaurants. All the staff members are incredibly kind and efficient. The breakfast is extravagant and plentiful, with sliced meats and bacon and yogurts.

The best part were the amazingly efficient and efficient staff. Our suite was contemporary, beautifully maintained.

I was happy, the classic king room I booked came with champagne, tea & coffee making facilities & a coffee machine, a large bathroom.

The morning breakfast was extravagant with cheeses, bakery items, yogurt & granolas. The setting of hotel was marvellous, to nearby restaurants that were wonderful.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped here with a view of the duomo.

I did not want to leave and would definitely go again. Stayed for 5 nights in this quiet and cool place, appreciated that. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, within walking distance of Full Up.

Not huge room.

So glad we choose it, it's brilliant base for staying in Florence. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, have hypoallergenic pillows. The location is exceptional, the breakfast is fantastic. There is an amazing authentic restaurant.

Easy to get to, marvellous and amazing location so close to the airport. Besides, easy to get to a medieval cathedral. Generous sized, airy units provided with a four poster bed.

The hotel of choice in Florence. Luxurious place with KNOWLEDGEABLE employees from the receptionist to waiters. Unbeatable and easy location, at a walking distance from Full Up. Walk from restaurants and bars and walk from a museum and a cathedral.

It was surely an excellent stay on a business trip. Everything was excellent, the parking was nearby, the room was tidy. We had views of city.

Buffet breakfast met the demands. Location was PERFECT! We came to Florence for stores, restaurants, nothing too much trouble for this hotel. Comfortable beds.

What a beautiful location! Totally a great experience. We loved the vegetarian cuisine in the restaurant. Ponte vecchio is not far away❤
