Enjoyed how nicely designed and good value the property was and its PROFESSIONAL staff at the reception desk. I stayed in the room that was always kept clean and available with balcony.

Handy location and overall clean place, I really enjoyed competent staff. I booked a twin/double room, it was complete with large private bath and a good bathroom. Scrambled eggs and bacon for my breakfast were great.

It has absolutely perfect setting and amazingly attentive and helpful staff at the reception desk. The building is very good and the rooms are extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained with a balcony facing the station as well as comfortable bed.

We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. It included a mini bar and a kettle, and the design itself was lovely.

We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and magnificent, to nearby bridges. Plus, it was not far from the Busitalia bus station, all major attractions, and common areas downstairs.

The rooms were well-appointed and extremely pleasant, it was immaculately clean and big size venue. The staff was really helpful all day long. The location was perfect, close to Porta al Prato. Further, it was just off the cathedral and sightseeing areas, the fab Mercato Centrale and the train station and airport tram.

Liked our stay, had excellent 4 days overall. The location was comfortable and handy for Florence, short walk to the city center near the main train station, all the famous attractions of Florence and the mountains. Besides, the hotel was not too far away from a private museum. The rooms were brand-new and contemporary, they come with a balcony and nice design.

Had a real good stay for three nights, everything was very good. This accommodation had a super central setting next to the Train terminal. What's more, it was right by the major train station and sights/attractions/restaurants/ shops. The staff was so very helpful, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out.

Flexible check-in, the staff helped with taxi. The hotel had a very central location near the bus stop for luxury outlet mall. Fabulous and fairly clean place to stay in, it has wonderful staff at the reception desk. The breakfast with pancakes and bacon, as for instance is exceptionally good and outstanding for what is offered.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, an individual safe, climate control and a mini bar. The location was best possible and brilliant, within walking distance of a spandrel arch bridge.

Sincerely, it was an enjoyable stay of three nights. Its location at a walking distance from Coin Department Store was marvellous. The restaurant was great for breakfast.

I came here with my family. The location of the hotel was best possible - not too far from a cathedral-flanked square. It was across the safe area. The staff were immensely pleasant and the restaurant was great...

The beds are comfy to sleep on. The hotel is situated in the central location by tram. It's close enough to the airport, the train station and Palazzo Vecchio.

The room is extremely small.

My twin/double room had modern conveniences, including an electronic key card, a work desk and television. It was in an unbeatable and brilliant location with a central railway station nearby.

Make sure to get double room with sofas, bath, a nice desk.

Really had great stay of three nights. Clean property with great staff. Opposite a train station and downtown area.

The hotel was cool and clean in general. We were in a brilliant location relatively near Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. The room was fashionable and neat, included with piano, a clean bathroom, as example.

Breakfast was AWESOME and staff helpful. Loved that the hotel was not far from the train station, 5 minutes' walk.

No complaints, we would stay here again when in Florence. The breakfast was amazing, truly enjoyed private parking.

The staff was helpful and that's why we do recommend it. Tourist destinations like ponte vecchio were very close to the hotel. Breakfast was really awesome with many choices. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Santo Spirito district.
