Not so friendly staff!

No complains at all, I would have stayed for longer. Everything is exceptional, I appreciated it. The hotel's staff is amazingly friendly and very attentive. The location is stunning - right in the heart of the city. The rooftop restaurant is great, serves outstanding dishes.

The double room we stayed in was perfect.

The location of the hotel was top, in the Angel restaurant. The staff I met were fabulously helpful and responsive. The room was well-equipped and with central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card at your disposal, absolutely breathtaking view.

I did not want to leave there, so recommend this hotel. I truly enjoyed this lovely little place, stayed there for 1 night. Had perfect experience, the room I stayed in was well furnished with comfortable bed, free minibar plus double glazed windows. The service was all in all great.

The breakfasts on the roof top. Magnificent location close to the restaurant and bar directly above, and areas of interest with public parking. Besides, very convenient to a free-standing campanile.

The accommodation had a very central location in the stunning center of Florence. After long day I visited Mercat Bar for a couple of drinks. The rooms were fashionable with great products, felt like home. The cost was £ 77.

It was stunning, spotless and on the lower floors. The really kind staff gave us a nice welcome. The location was unbeatable in the fairly nice area.

The stuff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable and the place was fairly clean. Had good sleep at the double room.

The location it offers is magnificent, so close to stores and places to eat, nearby the Duomo and the absolute center of Firenze. Besides, an unusual and inspirational church is not very far from the property. The twin room overlooks street and includes coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. The breakfast is marvellous with a wide array of dishes.

The room was perfect and quiet with a marble-lined bathroom. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from a fortress palace was unbeatable.

The place is stylish and fairly clean, everything is exceptional, it should have higher than 4 star rating. All the staff members are excellent and attentive. The units are new-fashioned, spotless on the lower floors.

I had a twin room and it was new-fashioned in italian style.

Will be back if I go back to Florence. The hotel is fantastic and clean, everything is good. The property boasts very central location in the center of everything. It's at a medium distance from Gelateria Santa Trinita, I tried nice desserts there. The staff is courteous.

It offered great service and superb food too. Had opportunity to use concierge service at no cost. Super central location was a plus. Easy access to Peretola airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

I was here for 4 days and will be back. Thoroughly enjoyed this authentic hotel and its quiet ambience from the moment I entered. The property was situated in the very central location to everything I asked of her. The service was fantastic, totally satisfied. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Was an incredible base for trip. It was clean, the staff was very kind and nice, plus the service was fantastic. The setting was great, close enough to the historic city center, and the busiest areas. We had lunch in Trippaio del Porcellino, located nearby.
