The hotel was in a central setting very close to the train station as well as the main cathedral. The staff was fantastically friendly all day long.

I took a family room with comfy bed as well as nice bathroom. The hotel had indeed a magnificent and perfect location in local cafe. Affable staff as I wanted.

Asked for twin/double room and it was good sized with nice bathroom.

This hotel was located in a central area very close to restaurants/bars, bars and the centre of Florence. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake. The room was new-fashioned and beautiful, and the beds were very clean. I could see inner courtyard.

Had a such great stay for the price, glad I've chosen it. The beds were big, I slept well. The most important was the staff - absolutely kind and nice people. The breakfast was excellent and there was variety of food to choose from. Location: the hotel was really close to a nearby restaurant, Florence and the Cathedral and the Gallery of Academy. It also was very close to the Duomo.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

My stay was pleasant for the price. The location was perfect and convenient, at a moderate distance from a medieval cathedral. Btw, went to city centre, located at a moderate distance from the hotel. the breakfast was sensational and there was lots of appetising food. the location of the hotel was magnificent - within easy walking distance of a l-shaped square.

we would like to stay there on the next trip when visiting florence. hostess was kind. private parking nearby was provided. lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

We spent 3 nights and will be back. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Gustavino Duomo that was only 5 minutes' walk away
