Excellant location so close to all the major sites, and spacious bedrooms. Super-friendly stuff of the hotel. More than adequate and marvellous breakfast, particularly slices of fresh bread, granola, muesli, cereal, and pastries.

Ideal and bright hotel, the services were good, magnificent location close to all the sights. I've had new-fashioned and functional room with pastries, a minibar plus clean bathroom.

The units are fairly quiet and updated with a view.

Thank you very much guys for a quite comfortable stay on our first visit to florence. The building is pretty and the rooms are spacious and budget.

Everything was great, hospitable staff, great views on the gardens. We only slept at the guest room, but loved it. This hotel was set in a central area next to all the major sights of Florence, cafes and shops leading down to train and bus station and la pira return fairs. Had brunch in the The Lion Tavern, located nearby. No complaints, had an enjoyable stay for three nights in Florence.

Hotel was nicely decorated, very good services, and it had incredible location in a walking distance to the main attractions. The breakfast had a great selection of croissants, breads, granola, muesli, and cereal. I spent 2 nights and would definitely return.

Beautiful little and extremely pleasant rooms with a malfunctioned sink, and really nice restaurant. Magnificent location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a prominent art museum.

The service is exceptional, includes convenient parking. The rooms are reasonably large and pleasantly decorated and generally offer an air conditioner, a mini bar, and a chair. The continental breakfast with fresh bread, granola, muesli, cereal, and pastries is a lovely touch.

The breakfast was more than adequate and rich, they offered us granola, muesli, cereal, pastries, and fruit. Guest room had upgrades, it was new-fashioned and functional.

The units are functional, huge with all essentials and a window onto a main thoroughfare plus a great view. Nice and welcoming staff as one would expect.

I was satisfied with the big and budget room, there were a shower booth and a bidet just in case. I didn't want to say goodbye and would happily go back again.

We booked guest room, it was air-conditioned. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, not too far away from Palazzo Degli Affari.

The hotel of choice in Florence. The venue is perfect with a nice interior and extremely friendly staff. Extremely comfy bed and good-sized and functional rooms. Amazing food, slices of fresh bread, granola, muesli, cereals, and pastries.

The location was marvellous and easy for exploring this pretty nice area, near to the excellent restaurant right next door and the primary sights. A few times I ate at Osteria Vecchio Cancello, located within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of options: muesli, cereal, pastries, fruit, and cheese.

Rather spacious and updated room and bathroom with a bidet. Friendly service, parking nearby.

We enjoyed the very central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The personnel was courteous and polite as expected. Quadruple room included a writing desk and a mobile.

More than adequate and marvellous continental breakfast with REAL orange juice, enjoyed the food choices. The staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating and always had a smile.

Breakfast was more than adequate, gorgeous views, marvellous location very close to major sites reachable on foot, the outskirts of Florence and also in a walking distance to the main attractions. The staff were pleasant and exceptional all the time.

there was free wi-fi throughout the property and the service in general was good. climate control and coffee-making facilities were available in my guest room. location: the hotel was short walk to city centre and train station.

The room was reasonably large with coffee, a wonderful view over the gardens, a safe, I felt comfortable there. Everything was brand-new, but a few employees were extremely unfriendly. Stunning and fantastic location near the center and major sites reachable on foot as well as close to the railway station, I felt safe...

Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with modern bathrooms, a tall window and views of the Duomo which was spotless. The breakfast includes delicious food, such as muesli, cereal, pastries, fruit and cheese.
