The room with fine air conditioning. Great and magnificent location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The property was set in a peaceful area.

The staff was very unpolite.

The breakfast was pretty decent and very good with a wide range of delicacies. The staff was very very helpful, superfriendly with every request.

Newly decorated family-friendly place, it has good location right by the tram station, the center of the city, and a residential area of town. Very decent breakfast and the stuff is INCREDIBLY KIND.

Straightforward place with amicable staff, everything was great. A wide array of delicious food at breakfast time. Excellent and quiet location, close to Firenze Rifredi train station. Based right by the city center in 20 minutes.

Recently renovated accommodation with quiet setting close enough to the concert venue FLOG and the tram station. Extremely friendly, helpful staff towards all guests. Variety of food available in the restaurant. Simply no complains at all, pleasant stay.

The location was great - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to a train station, it was minutes from the hotel. All of the staff was amiable and welcoming😀

The staff were all superfriendly and absolutely kind. The room was reasonably large with the essentials, and I liked it. WiFi and a mini fridge available were an advantage.

the location was magnificent in the secure area. we had goodies and coffee at art caffe, it was located next to the venue.
