We ate at a nice restaurant at the ground floor. It was very handy to have coffee & tea makers and glassware. The location was amazing, not very far from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

We were given a classic double room with a nice decoration upon arrival.

The location is excellent and fantastic and they have parking nearby. Rooms are tastefully decorated with the bedroom, interesting decor, honey from the village, food is great.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the place.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and top-class with beautiful toilets, so that guests have essentials. Its location is magnificent and incredible near Florence for the fashion show, and Casa Howard for 2 nights;))

I've had elegant and fairly quiet room with TV all in the bathroom, a terrace plus an electric heating unit. Coffee & tea makers and glassware were available.

I was happy with hotel's good and fab location very close to all the main tourist attractions. The provided breakfast was delicious and great with honey and superb touches like home made yogurt, as for instance.

Booked the room with my family members for 4 nights and had a such wonderful stay. The staff was very attentive and took care of me. It was in a particularly good and amazing location adjacent to Casa Howard on next trip to Florence as well as the SMN railway station. The hotel was great value and stylish, I recommend.

Had an extra special stay here. I greatly enjoyed this excellent value and exquisite place, stayed there for 4 nights. The beds were big, I slept well.

Spent 1 night here with my family, had a such great stay overall. All of the staff members were lovely and great. Nothing to complain about, the venue met standards, can recommend it.

The location was particularly good and stunning, for example, a spandrel arch bridge was relatively near the hotel.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with good wi-fi, the location was fab very close to the indoor market which was lovely to go to. Everyone we encountered was charming. The rooms were elegant and quiet, had hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. The vibe here was quiet. All in all a such great stay, the venue met standards.

Had a such wonderful time. The rooms were high-class and well-maintained as for me, with character. The breakfast was delicious and great, the check in was early. I could park the car nearby.

Everything was simply very good. Staff were helpful and the hotel was stylish, it had stunning location near the station. Location: the venue was just next door to Florence for the fashion show, main attractions and luxury shops.

It has excellent and incredible location to see a 15th - century Dominican church. The building is unique, the room is tastefully decorated and high standard.

The location was stunning and wonderful, you can visit Church of Santa Maria Novella by walking. There were a market and several stores around the hotel.
