I was given reasonably spacious and cosy room with sound-proofing, shower plus bathroom. The location was comfortable, within walking distance of a medieval stone bridge.

The best place to stay when in Florence. The setting is good and decent, right by the main train station, Florence, and lot of options to dine in. The employees are patient.

Amicable and patient staff and quiet accommodation. Breakfast with good coffee. Unbeatable and magnificent location relatively close to a cathedral-flanked square. Found in the fairly nice area short walk to all attractions, the center and the main train station.
