Clean hotel, extremely polite staff, amazing and lovely location close to the city centre. Gorgeous meals.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was marvellous in the next door garden in the early morning. Liked our stay, would recomand this place.

Glad I took standard queen room, it was air conditioned and spotless. The location is great and good, a 20-minute walk from the train station

We had the standard king room and it was individual with shared bathroom.

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building just next door to the tourist areas like the Duomo and center of Florence. Very kind staff with smiles. A huge variety of freshly made food for meals. Great and stunning location to everything you want to see with views over the garden. Besides, very convenient to Archaeological Museum Museo Archeologico.

The breakfast was savoury and satisfactory for what was on offer with fresh fruit and Marmelade and cereal provided. The location was great for exploring this peaceful area, short walk to the garden as well as Duomo and aroun the corner from beautiful Santissima Annunziata. What's more, there was a prominent art museum around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

TBH, the room was very basic, we expected better.

The units are huge, individual with a shower & loo to share. Overall fresh food, plus there is Vinoteca Firenze close by.

The bathrooms are too small.

I had air conditioning and a TV set in the extremely spacious room.

The breakfast was great with juice, wrapped breads, fruit, the staff was caring and accommodating.

Fairly clean hotel in a calm area. Central location, not very far from Via Faenza.

Make sure to get standard queen room with television and incredible perfumes hot water good shower pressure kettle available for cups of tea plus 2 bathrooms. You can have fresh bread, milk, cereals, yoghourt, and jam with your breakfast if you want to. The staff is ACCOMMODATING, amicable.

We enjoyed rooms with 2 bathrooms. A lot of meals for breakfast, it was savoury and satisfactory.

Wi-Fi connection was weak; basic breakfast, a little disappointed.

The location was marvellous, in a residential area! It was bright, tidy and with separate bath.

The location was perfect, specially it was minute walk from the train station which was useful. An outdoor market and a market were right next door.

We were given a spacious room with climate control and a TV set. The breakfast had variety of food, like fresh bread, milk, cereal, yoghourt, and jam. Besides, the location was great and good for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a medieval cathedral.

The location was central, good 5 to 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

The venue's position was central. We walked everywhere in Florence and restaurants and bars were close to the hotel.
