The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with lovely bed and a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom. The staff was amicable and accommodating. Appreciated the location in the center of Florence.

Exceptionally friendly hotel with free and easy location near to the train station, quiet street, amazing old building, and lovely hosts, the restaurant and the bridges which cross to the Uffitzi. Tastefully decorated room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and reasonably large bathroom. Really amazing overall experience.

All in all everything was lovely, had a REALLY ENJOYABLE stay of character and Italian charm. The staff was pleasant plus the location was quiet. Dessert restaurant Gelateria la Carraia located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Plus, the location is great, minutes from a Renaissance palace. The place is 10 mins walk to downtown. My must haves' are a spotless, perfect room with tea, a very large bathroom, for example...
