Nothing too much trouble and would have extended the stay. I would say it's decent base for staying and exploring Florence. The rooms are clean and cosy with exceptionally comfortable beds

I could see garden from the family room. I liked that they had a sofa bed, central heating and coffee/tea making machines. The atmosphere created was family.
