I didn't feel like leaving and would return there. Loved the place, had a fantastic stay in winter time. The location in the centre of the town was super. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km. Nice and beautiful units with private toilets and bathroom, and the staff were kind.

We ate in the great restaurant because of the bar and restaurant which was reasonably priced. The bed was good and we had a spacious bathroom. It had great and exceptional location with access to an innovative gallery nearby.

The location in a really quiet area was particularly good and there were a bakery and shops nearby. We ate at a nice restaurant because of the bar and restaurant.

The breakfast was very tasty for what was on offer with ham, espresso, fruit.

Wi-Fi was very poor; poor breakfast, made me a little nervous.

The unit we got was reasonably spacious and quiet with paintings, the kids to run, for instance. The location was great - right by the sights, smiling staff & best croissants, an old Monastery, and bus line. The local staff was welcoming.

The setting is unique and impressive, next to the square outside which started at 7am, the old bridge, and fun to explore with many cafes. It's worth staying here and exploring Florence Historic Centre district.

Had central heating and a work desk in my triple room. The position was lovely and fantastic, cafes and restaurants are close to the hotel. There was a delightful restaurant, a bakery and shops next door.

Everything was very good, clean hotel, stunning location in the heart of the city. The room was huge with private toilets and the staff was excellent.

Thank you, you are dope! The property is unique and the staff is very, very nice! The location is central. Btw, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from city centre. There is a great restaurant because of the bar and restaurant.

It was reasonably priced. Every detail was perfect and I appreciated it. Exceptional and superbly friendly staff who were always there to help.

Would be happy to recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel of choice in Florence. Perfect base for staying in the centre of Florence. Impressive, exceptional location in Florence, next to the square outside which started at 7am, all the main attractions and the sights, smiling staff & best croissants. The bed was comfy, the room was huge and modest. It was equipped with central heating and a work desk. Location: the hotel was close enough to the centre, most attractions and fantastic restaurants and the train station, Medici Chapel and other sights in that area. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district.

The triple room was well maintained and functional. The location was historic, you can visit a Brancacci chapel by walking.

Possibly the best and peaceful stay in the ancient town. Perfect setting, short walk to all attractions, a former monastery, and Italy in the summer. A wide range of food options at a short distance from the venue.

all in all - we appreciated this place & would stay here again. everything was good, had a fantastic stay in this lovely town-liked being out in a more residential area rather than on the main tourist strip. the property was in the centre of the city. the restaurant was great because of the bar and restaurant, we ordered excellent dishes. nice decor and bed was good.

Staying at the hotel was very nice, I would definitely book again. I had triple room with windows overlooking garden and comfortable bed.

The personnel was courteous as expected. The location was EXCEPTIONAL, within easy walking distance of a medieval cathedral.

Central heating and a work desk were available in my quintuple room. The location was peaceful and impressive - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Besides, the area was quiet, next to a Brancacci chapel. Nice restaurant served local specialities. You could leave a car on site. Loved this very relaxing stay in winter time.

We loved to be here, its location and stuff. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. In the evening we visited Giova, set short walk from the hotel. For sure we would book again.
