The bedroom was themed and immaculate. The staff helped with luggage.

It had absolutely perfect and magnificent location near to Florence sights, shopping and restaurants, and the centre of Florence. Also, it was relatively close to The Cavern Club.

This luxurious and absolutely great hotel had a very central setting at a walking distance from everything in the city centre. The service was nice, the staff were nice and great.

The rooms with beguiling art, a mini bar, coffee machine were themed and well-appointed.

There was no lift.

We booked a double room and it was fashionable, perfect beds. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

The location was marvellous, it was in the centre of the town.

Booked it for our holiday and had a SUCH GREAT stay here. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Bargello National Museum was unbeatable.

We didn't like that there was lift missing.

I had a fantastic experience here, everything was brand-new, the location was amazing right by the center, Florence sights, shopping and restaurants, and the centre of Florence. The staff was nice and great, I stayed for 3 nights. I booked beautiful double room here with amaro with biscottis, a private bath, for instance. The public parking was nearby, nice service...

The hotel had an incredible location a short walk to a medieval cathedral. Besides, it was close enough to restaurants and the center.

Stunning setting, short walk to the Uffizi museum and the Duomo and very helpful staff with good recommendations of where to eat. For tea or coffee visit Caffe Fiorenza nearby: )

My themed and well-appointed room came with amaro with biscottis and coffee machine plus beguiling art. Accommodating and excellent staff who were always there to help.

Good experience there. Luxury accommodation with an exceptional service in the centre of Florence. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and awesome location, next to a spandrel segmental arch bridge. So close to many great attractions as well as the Uffizi museum and the Duomo.
