Brilliant nice basic property with extremely friendly and affable staff at all times. Savoury and delicious breakfast with hardboiled eggs and toast on request.

Absolutely perfect and excellent location to all major tourist attractions and immaculate rooms. Hardboiled eggs and toast served in the morning.

Location: the hotel was really close to major sights. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

It was in an excellent and incredible location adjacent to Duomo square, the David statue calls home, and the attractions in Florence.

Booked a queen room with patio. There was nice interior. The daily service was welcoming! The staff was gentle, outstandingly accommodating with every request.

Disappointing aspect was really small bathroom.

We booked guest room with all the towels in the bathroom, all facilities, storage space.

The location was ideal and handy - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. It was located in a secure area just next door to the major tourist sights, all the main sights and attractions and Via Faenza, which seemed to have all the restaurants, a nice place for us.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control and a writing desk.

The room was brand-new here with ac. The staff were fabulously helpful and very responsive and the location was handy in the city centre. Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Florence.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met attentive staff at all times. The location was perfect, in the center of Florence and overlooking garden. And it was also so close to other attractions as well as the Duomo and San Lorenzo market.

Air conditioned room and fine breakfast to start the day. Excellent restaurant available in the hotel. Moreover, the venue provided a private parking, we loved it. It is undoubtedly a QUIET option when in Florence.
