My room was quiet and huge room with kitchen as well as really good beds.

Excellent location and good facilities.

All the staff was amiable, resolved my issues.

The staff are amicable and knowledgeable, they keep the place clean. Its location very close to City Center of Florence is incredible and amazing.

The hotel was in a super central location so near to everything. Further, it was very close to tourist attractions and nice restaurants, many restaurants and the city center.

location: the hotel was just off the cathedral and the uffizi gallery/river/bridge. we all loved huge and neat room with kitchenette.

All in all, it was unique base for travelling to Florence. The room I got was big and had kitchen. The location was stunning and incredible - close to stores. I loved sleeping 5 nights in this hotel.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Italian-style building, new-fashioned rooms with really good beds. A lot of meals for breakfast, including bread, cereals, pastries, eggs, and cheese.

Plus, the location is stunning, minutes from a cathedral-flanked square. The hotel is in tourist area, very close to all the beautiful sites and delicious restaurants, tourist attractions and the historic center.

Stayed in outstanding double room with really good beds, kitchenette, as example. A shower, a hair dryer and a bidet were very handy. The location was marvellous and beautiful, near the main square and the cathedral and tourist attractions and nice restaurants, in a touristic area.

We only slept at the triple room, but thoroughly enjoyed it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and the location was magnificent very close to the historic center...
