Relais Hotel Centrale \"Dimora Storica\"

My room with high ceiling was decent size and well-designed. I was offered a sensational breakfast except for omelets & crepes. Loved the location in the very centre of Florence. Also, it was not too far from a prominent art museum.

The bed was too soft, unfortunately.

We appreciated the breakfast, it was delicious and gorgeous with made-to-order pancakes and pastries, as for instance. The location was particularly good in the safe area.

Nice base for 3 nights with competent and useful staff at the reception desk. Soundproof double room with a view. Stunning location in a perfect area, really nice restaurants in the local area. Again, not far from a cathedral-flanked square.

Perfect and tidy units available with the same windows, updated bathrooms, high ceiling. Tasteful food, fantastic service. Unbeatable location a short walk to main attractions and a train station.

Gorgeous and clean place to stay in, it has helpful and caring staff at the reception desk. The location is central. Also, it's close to a pedestrianized square.

We had the king room which was fully renovated and reasonably large with great facilities. The hotel was in the central setting very near to the key tourist attractions.

The staff were helpful and attentive, everything was excellent. The location offered was incredible and amazing next to great resturants, most attractions and Florence for business. It also was right at the city center located in the middle of the shopping district.

Nice modern and well-appointed rooms provided with spa tub, great facilities, for instance. Overall excellent and incredible location just off an alley, the Uffizi gallery and the Accedemia, where Dave lives, and train station and the major hub of Florence.

The hotel was in a central setting easy to walk through entire historic center. Further, it was close to all great sightseeing places, and S Lorenzo market and 5min from station.

Nice and quiet little place all in all, has great staff at the reception desk.

The room is fully renovated, romantic comes with separate beds, updated bathrooms, for example. Plus, the location is excellent and incredible, minutes from a l-shaped square.

The venue's position was very central. My room was exceptionally comfortable with a double bed and views of Duomo Dome as described. The staff was great, perfect, and everything was spotless.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with jacuzzi, a normal window, a very comfortable bed; everyone is welcome here. Its brilliant, very central location was a plus. You could walk to a market and shops.

Excellent location in the cute area, right by the Central Station, train station, Duomo and other attractions and an alley. Very friendly, attentive staff at the reception desk.

The location was incredible, at a walking distance from a spandrel arch bridge. We where so impressed with good service that would stay here again.

Intimate accommodation with unbeatable setting just off the main sights of Florence as well as Florence for business. Delicious and rich breakfast with omelets & crepes and offers of custom omelets and pancake making, spectacular views.

We had huge room and there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was located a short walk to the train station in Florence. Everything was simply wonderful.

the location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far away from full up. everything was really good, the room was airy and romantic with spa tub, the same windows, as for instance.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast.

Staff is pleasant, location is great, breakfast is good! Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. We had a superior double room with a mini-bar, heating and LCD TV. Would n't hesitate to stay there again, the property met standard.
