The staff was amazingly nice all day long.

The venue was well priced and fantastic, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent really close to the bus stop for a direct trip to THE MALL, the central leather market, and Santa Maria Novella train station.

Spotlessly clean place with brilliantly friendly staff. Magnificent location with parking nearby. Found in a perfect area.

Everything is good here, had a decent stay of the best vacation we ever had.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The bathrooms are really small.

Everyone who works in the hotel is welcoming and superbly friendly. The room is modern with a shared bathroom.

The guest room I had was fashionable. The bed was very spacious, a bathtub worked well. The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Medici Chapel.

We liked this hotel, it was clean with an excellent and exceptionally nice and incredibly kind staff. Location: the venue was near San Lorenzo market square and The Academia. Everything was simply nice.

The room was newly renovated and complete with a bathtub. A high ceiling, a writing desk, and a chair were available here. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a medieval cathedral.

We had a fashionable guest room with an en-suite bathroom and a massive window plus comfortable beds.

It was perfect place for a short stay. The location was marvellous yet it was steps away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. You could walk to an outdoor market and a market. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Florence.

Its location within walking distance of Museo degli Innocenti was perfect. Btw, the airport was 10 km away: D

Had a really great stay even in the night or early morning. It was in a magnificent and absolutely perfect location with an art museum nearby.

The location was very central, MAGNIFICENT in the city centre. Amicable and patient team, they made me feel welcome. I got complimentary quadruple room as an upgrade, nice gesture.

It was a pleasant experience. I loved to be here, everything was very good. I got upgraded to a compact room. Prime location and top-class staff were a definite plus. The airport was 10 km away.
