Enjoyed how absolutely great and enchanting the property was and its really kind staff at the reception desk. This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to the railway station Santa Maria Novella as well as the restaurant. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Saint Anne's Well.

It was in a very central location, bang in the centre. Plus, main attraction such as Colnbrook West was 5 km from this hotel.

The superior queen room had basic facilities you need, 2 televisions, a safe box, and a Nespresso machine. We were offered an excellent service.

Everything was great, including perfect and obliging staff at the reception desk. The bedroom was spotless and updated. We had astonishing breakfasts with fresh fruits, great coffee and gluten free options. We really enjoyed staying 1 night here.

Had a very special stay in February, glad I've chosen it. All the staffs were pretty friendly. Excellent restaurant provided Italian dishes.

It was updated, spotless and with delux bathroom. The service was fantastic, that made the hotel absolutely great and enchanting place.

Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was too soft.

Overall it was decent size and newly renovated where the air conditioning was working. The hotel had a central setting to Michaela getting us tickets to the sold out museum at the last second.

Very central location short walk to the centre of town, and sightseeing and shopping, it was in a pretty nice area. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

The booked room was modern and functional for a comfortable chair to sit on. And the facilities were simply wonderful: D

Marvellous and incredible location to a spandrel arch bridge. 10 km to the airport. Huge rooms and nice bar area. Particularly good views and a great design.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, a town square was not too far away from the hotel.

The hotel had a very central position really close to major sites in florence as well as central Florence and the train station. The service was exceptional as we had expected.

everything was amazing, had a very nice stay on a business trip in florence. the staff were accommodating and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. had an extensive breakfast with italian cuisine and great coffee.

The hotel was clean based in a functional style building with pleasant and courteous staff. The location was magnificent, not very far from an art gallery. Besides, we were right by Florence in class and comfort, and all the other sights in the centre of town.

The staff we met were not very welcoming.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be just next door to the Duomo, Florence and the city center thanks to brilliant location. Staff were attentive, and facilities were good here...

A wide range of extra supplies: TV set with satellite channels, a heating system and ironing facilities. I liked the private bathroom. I stayed 2 nights and would love to return when visiting Italy.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like ciro and sons that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Not to mention free Wi Fi.

perfect location, you can walk everywhere. 4-star hotel in florence.

Some of our favorite spots such as piazza della signoria were not far from the hotel. Morning meal food was lovely.
