The welcoming and polite staff made a good impression. Its brilliant, very central location was a plus. A train station was walk from the place.

It was fairly clean and the stuff where knowledgeable, beds were comfortable. Hotel's location was absolutely perfect, in the central tourist district. Moreover, its just off many good restaurants. I booked standard king room overlooking courtyard.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a perfect stay in the winter time. The jewel in the crown was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable staff.

I had a fairly quiet and perfect room with exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating and a work desk. The location was awesome and the staff was nice during the whole stay! I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

The room was reasonably spacious and complete with comfy bed, shared bathroom and comfortable private bath. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

We would definitely recommend it.

Unbeatable location for our visit to a medieval cathedral not too far from the hotel. Lots of incredible food for meals. Very very kind, welcoming staff with smiling face.

The double room is airy and huge. There is a wide range of incredible food for breakfast. The hotel is in a marvellous and unbeatable location in old center.

The hotel had a very central location right in the city centre. The employees were very very kind and welcoming.

It's a reasonably priced and great relaxing hotel with courtyard views, we had a just perfect experience. Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from the main museums and art collections, and the train station and Michealangelo Piazza Firenze.

brilliant location within walking distance of city centre. easy to reach from peretola airport, 15 minutes drive.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and neat, were equipped with a private bathroom.

The location was unbeatable and unique, for example, a l-shaped square was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Posh shops and shops were right next door. Thoroughly enjoyed the historic-style building and our lovely room with private bathroom.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable - ease of access to a 15th-century Renaissance mansion. Besides, it was at a short distance from downtown, that worked for us.

Everything was wonderful, had a truly memorable stay in the winter time. Location: the hotel was near major sights. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in😀❤
