I liked 2 nights there. The place was clean and fancy, had pretty friendly staff at the reception desk. The rooms were beautifully maintained as for me, with a view. The food for breakfast was outstanding. Good and magnificent location, it was near civic centre, and SMN train station and bus station.

Had a very nice stay on holidays, everything was perfect. Enjoyed our well-maintained and extremely pleasant rooms with balcony and the staff were affable. The location was stunning, because the train station was based next to the hotel. It was located in a shopping area.

I liked great value room complete with the second hair dryer and fridge plus even other bedrooms. The breakfast was generous with yogurts and superfood toppings for cereal and healthy options and the restaurant food was good. The location was convenient, close to bars and restaurants. The most important was the staff - competent and attentive people.

In a central location with bars and restaurants close to the hotel. Easy access to Peretola airport, within 0.5 km. Brand-new, beautifully maintained room and delicious breakfast.

Clean, decent value hotel, its location was marvellous and short walk to the bus terminal. Make sure to get twin room with nice-bathroom, tea/coffee plus 4 bottles of water free of charge.

Crowded area, very central location close enough to main attractions in Florence, Santa Maria Novella square and Santa Maria. Again, walking distance to Medici Chapel. Warm food in the traditional restaurant.

The venue is clean, the staff is superfriendly and excellent. The room is recently refurbished and extremely pleasant with reasonably new furniture.

I had delicious food for breakfast with pancakes. The room was new-fashioned with fabulous power shower and the staff very kind.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at traditional restaurant for lunch. The bathroom was beautiful, included a soap and cotton pads.

The rooms extremely pleasant, recently refurbished with sparkly clean, a bed which opens up from the sopha and the expected value.

When I am in Florence, I like staying here. The hotel is nicely presented with very amiable employees at the reception desk. Being close to the train station makes it easy to travel.

I asked for a twin room and the one given was extremely pleasant and recently renovated. The location of the hotel was good and excellent, in the centre of Florence. Moreover, it's adjacent to Florence's Train Station, great shops and all attractions of the city center.

The room was new-fashioned with a view, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast we ordered was marvellous with pancakes and food and drinks.

The hotel was ideal and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant, really enjoyed the incredible location not far from train station, bus station and City center as well as the station/ airport. Generally everything was great, nonetheless the bathroom was really tiny.

The hotel was fairly clean with lovely interior and nestled in an amazing building. The room for three beds. Having a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels was a bonus. Nothing to complain about, the venue met what was needed, can't recommend highly enough it:)))

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. For tea or coffee visit Caffe' L'angolo nearby.

Hotel's in front of tourist spots like piazza del duomo. We were happy to find La Grotta di Leo 200 ft away, where we could eat. It's worth staying here and exploring San Marco - Santissima Annunziata district.
