The room was fairly quiet and fabulous and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet, that's cool. The location of the hotel was perfect and peaceful - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a pedestrianized square.

The location was marvellous, in the old city center, and the room was warm. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

As for me, the location was great, close enough to the main attractions, and the central train station. The staff were incredibly nice and exceptional day and night. The room was fabulous and warm with smoke detectors for my safety.
