The staff were VERY POLITE and efficient all the time. The bedroom was extremely spacious and unique.

The staff was very amiable and competent and check in was easy. The bedroom was perfect little and beautifully decorated. I had a refrigerator, air conditioning, and an electronic key card, comfortable bed.

Our location was great and stunning in the centre of Florence. And we were near to the center of Florence, the Teatro Verdi and all attractions.

Tastefully decorated units for belongings, we loved it.

I booked double room, it was well decorated and complete with drinks and nice view plus lamps above the bed.

This hotel had a central position in the city centre. The employees were competent and efficient.

Interesting place for staying in the middle of Florence. Large room with a double bed and nice view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Stunning and incredible location in Florence, just next door to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions, Basillica di Santa Croce di Firenze and train station. Also, so close to everything. Irish bar in the hotel.

The room with all features. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were a plus. The location of the hotel was marvellous and stunning, near city center.

Plus, the location is stunning and good, minutes from a l-shaped square. The staff are very very helpful and efficient, everyone.

Loved the way our double room for belongings was arranged. The personnel was affable, and the host too. It was close to a great bakery down the street for breakfast as well as the Teatro Verdi, marvellous location overall.

The venue was in a very central location not far from the major sights and all museums and historical places. Also, a medieval cathedral was not far.

Its location in Florence was stunning, really close to the train station at departure and tourist activities.

The location was great for first time visitors to Florence. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable and know their duties.

It was enjoyable time in Florence. Everything was fine, I loved my stay. The location was incredibly comfortable and best possible for Florence, very close to Duomo / river as well as palazzo Vecchio. Also, a l-shaped square was a stone's throw away.

Breakfast with a great bakery.

The room itself was very nicely furnished here with a double bed, drinks and the bathroom. A shower, a hairdryer and a bidet were available there.

Good looking units with the bathroom as well as a double bed, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating! The hotel had amazing and incredible location near to historical places, Duomo / river and the duomo.

I got complimentary small double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Having a refrigerator, air conditioner and a TV set was very convenient. The hotel was located in the middle of Florence.

It seems like everything was perfect, I would recomand it. Offers marvellous and best possible location in a great area.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an electronic key card and multi-channel television inside the room. Plus it had city view. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from a spandrel arch bridge...

We would definitely go again, as the hotel met what we needed. Overall it was a GREAT stay. Booked superior queen room, that included a heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an electronic key card.
