Breakfast extremely poor.

A pleasant stay which really sums this hotel up-great personal customer service. A huge variety of food at the reasonable and satisfactory breakfast. Extremely comfy bed & beautiful and wonderful position very close to central station of Florence, market, tourist spots and train station and supermarket.

It has incredible and stunning location close to everything. The breakfast with cheeses and yogurts, as example is reasonable for what is offered.

Exceptionally clean place, immaculate rooms, attentive stuff.

The location was incredible directly across to a private residence's kitchen area. All of the staff was knowledgeable and diligent. The breakfasts were good and satisfactory with yogurts and lovely coffee, for example.

The location was stunning and beautiful, walk from a railway station.

everything was very good, magnificent location near to the historic places, the central market square and close to thevtrsinstation, excellent staff. had the twin room which was gorgeous with the kids up in the loft area.

Everyone who works in the hotel is genuinely helpful and very friendly. Also, it's walk from the train station. We would want to stay there again, really enjoyed its ideal location.

The setting was quite stunning and amazing within easy reach of Church of Santa Maria Novella. The staff was extremely friendly, diligent.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Museo Marino Marini. Set walking distance to the train station.

Location: the hotel was very close to sites of interest, even the train station, and the historical centre. The room was new-fashioned and neat with 2 full sized single beds, bar fridge, for instance, met requirements. Enjoyed our stay there and would stay here again.

Marvellous location in Florence Historic Centre district near all major attractions within walking distance, sightseeing places, and all important monuments. Gorgeous room, neat, with bar fridge, excellent free Wi Fi, for example.

The hotel had magnificent location so close to major sightseeing spots. We ordered lunch at Trattoria da Garibardi, located close to the venue. The queen room with good sized bedrooms had all necessary amenities. A coffeemaker and a kettle were great.

What a very very good stay, no reason to complain. Cute little low budget hotel with competent staff. Walk from the train station and centre of Florence in 5 minutes on foot.

Cute little and reasonably clean place with professional staff. Just superb and ideal location just a walking distance from an art museum. Also walk from the train station. Honestly nothing to complain about.

My brilliant room had a spotlessly clean bathroom and a very comfy bed.

Had junior suite with pastries, a huge double bed, as example. Convenient decoration.

The unit we got was well furnished and a decent size with coffee, a single bed on the loft and pastries. The staff was reasonably good at all times;))

I was given nicely furnished and brilliant room with TV, pastries, for example.

We were moved to a quadruple room with the kids up in the loft area, adequate amenities, as example. The property was walk from a train station.
