Wonderful neighboring hotel. Polite staff and excellent and perfect location close to duomo, bridge and uffizi and Florence most sought after locations.

The hotel has fantastic and stunning location near duomo, bridge and uffizi, and the Accademia. Also, Trafalgar Square was 3 km away. The room was newly decorated and new-fashioned with loft bed, and I really enjoyed it. A coffeemaker, a fridge, and an oven were very handy.

It was in a central location, right in the city center. There were comfy beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control inside the room. The decor was delightful and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Very central location of this neighboring hotel was a bonus. Besides, it was relatively near downtown, that worked for us.

Everything is perfect here, had a very good stay for one night out of the three nights booked. The location of the hotel is magnificent and unbeatable, right by bridge, and the main touristic attractions. Plus, it is set 2 km from St James's Park.

Enjoyed the fact that I chose this wonderful hotel. The breakfast had a wide array of options and included coffee and boiled eggs. The single room was recently renovated and large with TV, bedroom, for example. The location was very central, magnificent right in the city center.

Had essentials needed in the triple room, including a coffee maker, fridges, and glassware. And it was facing street.

Overall it was newly remodelled with loft bed. A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat screen TV were provided. The staff I encountered were very helpful and attentive.

Fantastic and marvellous location close to a filled church. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The location was great and super, for example, a cathedral-flanked square was not too far from the hotel...

The place had a quiet atmosphere. The venue's position was very central.

The hotel had a very central location and it was extremely close to Archaeological Museum Museo Archeologico. I could see courtyard from the window of the double room. A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat screen TV turned out to be good. All of the staff were amiable, courteous.

So glad we choose it, it's perfect base for staying in Florence. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Recently refurbished and reasonably large room and clean bathroom with a drier, a shower cap, and bath sheets. A huge variety of food for breakfast including coffee and hardboiled eggs.

thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. this accommodation had a very central setting on the residence. and it was also really close to the duomo, and florence most sought after locations.

There was reception missing.

The location was perfect, on the residence, convenient to go everywhere. Dined at Mangiafuoco Bracerie, it was within a close distance from the venue.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

This hotel was great place for exploring Florence, liked it. The restaurant was located within 100 metres. Room was good value. Property's concierge was top! Worth its 4 stars👌

Appreciated a QUIET vibe. We could see the city from our window. Walking distance to Trattoria Mario, where you can have lunch.
