i stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was beautiful, with great location short walk to a chapel / church, italy, and boboli gardens. the employees of the venue were very very nice and welcoming. the breakfast was good and there was lots of food to choose from.

The breakfasts are satisfactory in the hotel, with both savoury options. The staff is attentive, welcoming. This property is in a good location, really close to the Pitti palace and Boboli gardens. Florence Historic Centre district is worth seeing...

The food was fab with a wide range of choice! The staff was attentive and gave tips about the places in Florence. The location was lovely and stunning as a chapel and a monastery were near the hotel.
