Everything was excellent, STUNNING location very close to the bridges that cross the river to where the more atmospheric, and less touristy bars and restaurants are, the Cathedral and The Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, amazingly kind staff. The room was spotlessly clean with an amazing bathroom and views of city. An electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk were provided. I appreciated 3 nights there.

Silent, contemporary rooms and large bathrooms. Very comfortable facilities. Perfect spot short walk to historical center of Florence, and the more atmospheric, and less touristy bars. A lot of food options not too far from the venue.

It was a beautifully designed and chic hotel, nesteled in a chic building. The room was exceptionally clean and with sound insulation, nice coffee cups and a very comfortable bed. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were a shopping area and a central market nearby.

Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this brand-new hotel. The room we had included an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. The breakfast with hot options was savoury and tasty. The location of the property was very central, just off the Uffizi Gallery, the more atmospheric, and less touristy bars and restaurants are and the center of Florence. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring. We recommend it.

Liked the room with a very comfortable bed, my bed was comfortable. Throughout the day staff were amicable and fabulously friendly. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

All in all they offer amazing service.

The setting is perfect and best possible, just next door to central Florence as well as the centre of town. Love visiting new places and it's not very far from a spandrel arch bridge.

The staff were attentive and accommodating, and the breakfast was savoury. The location of the hotel was marvellous - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a cathedral-flanked square. Also, it was near restaurants and bars.

The hotel was luxurious and unbelievable, and I liked it. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Moreover, a neo-gothic Franciscan church was nearby...
