This place was luxurious in general with a responsive staff team. The location was perfect for getting around, as a train station was close to the hotel. Moreover, it was close to a museum and a basilica.

Booked a room with ac. Excellent location in the good area and it was a bonus to be close to a train station.

Excellent and unbeatable location for restaurants and cafes. Besides, easy to get to a cathedral-flanked square. Very impressed with the breathtaking view from our deluxe king suite.

The hotel's setting was central and the staff were caring and attentive people at shift. It was located in a very very nice area near to all the attractions of Florence, the train station and all other nearby restaurants, cafes and historical landmarks, and the duomo, lots of restaurants, and the central train station, a handy base for me. The room was nicely decorated, had separate bathroom.

A wide range of food at the breakfast, I greatly enjoyed coffee, tea, cakes, biscuits, and butter. I stayed in the room that was clean & updated and available with the 2 beds, coffee and a fantastic view. The location was very central, incredible right across from San Lorenzo cathedral.

Here I spent 1 night and enjoyed being in this place. I had savoury and delicious breakfasts with honey and bacon and eggs, as example. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

Had really good 2 nights here. The room was beautiful, and we had a breathtaking view of city. The bed was extra large with hypoallergenic pillows. The service we got was very good. Besides, our parking was nearby.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really really nice stay at a value for money price. The location was wonderful, because a train station was based close to the hotel. It was across the particularly good area. Recently renovated room with a Turkish bath, a beautiful view at the Domo Medici, clean nicely styled bathrooms, I had everything needed.

The room I booked was recently updated to a very high standard with comfortable beds and available with comfortable beds, bathroom, as for instance. I had very good days staying at this good all round hotel. I'd say that room was beautifully decorated, it had coffee/tea making facilities and glassware, that's handy. The location was perfect, close to Medici Chapel.

We got a room with a bathtub. It was beautifully maintained, had contemporary decor. The location was incredible and stunning, adjacent to the Chinese market, and the central market, the duomo.

No reason to complain, the hotel met expectations. Private parking, perfect location and good breakfast was offered. The beds are comfortable to sleep on. As picky eaters we liked to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Canto De' Nelli couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

One of the dining options, Trattoria za Za was 10 mins walk away. Just 1 mile to Museo Stefano Bardini. Santa Maria Novella district is worth your attention😀
