We were given functional and good-sized rooms with a bathroom and Jacuzzi. The breakfast had a lot of fab food and drinks.

What a wonderful and pleasant place to visit! New-fashioned and updated room available with Jacuzzi and coffee. Fairly friendly staff, concierge service and wake up calls free of charge.

It was updated, contemporary and with high ceiling.

Easy check-in, the staff assisted us with taxi.

Everything was brand-new, magnificent location just off including the famous Duomo, cathedral and the Train Station and the Bus terminal, wonderful experience. Had the guest room which was attractive with a bathroom.

The location in a main touristic area was absolutely perfect and magnificent and there were a central market and shops nearby. Also, the hotel was relatively close to a l-shaped square.

Fairly clean place & very very helpful and caring staff at reception desk. Contemporary and functional rooms, spacious bathroom. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Great choice for trip.

Had a very nice stay for 3 nights. I loved the updated and neat room with Jacuzzi, a bathroom, high ceiling. Nice place to visit, did not want to leave.

It was in the very central location especially to the train station.

Every detail was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were functional and contemporary with tea/ coffee and wine. Very good service was provided. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice to all tourist spots, minutes from the train station.

we would still consider staying here again if passing through. a personal safe, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar were available in our double room. we dined out at miya, set only a short distance to the hotel.

Nice breakfast, comfortable room. A pleasant 10-minute walk to reach galileo museum. Good location for our weekend

Here we stayed very close to uffizi gallery. Free Wi-Fi was a great addition. We really enjoyed cosimo de' medici. Piazzale Michelangelo district certainly deserves to be visited.
